I’ll let the cover speak for itself because, really, I can’t speak for Felipe Smith-sensei. He’s his own man with his own style of comic artistry, and the world is a better place because of that.
May I present PEEPO CHOO vol
By the way, for those of you interested in checking out Felipe’s latest volume 1 goes on sale in Japan April 23rd. You can pre-order yours through Kinokuniya for 760yen (I’d say about $8.50). You can also follow his series monthly in Kodansha’s Morning Two magazine. (though I forget if he has this month off or not)
More Smith-sensei news in the coming days. Stay tuned!

[…] The first tankoubon of American artist Felipe Smith’s series Peepo Choo (cover at right) goes on sale in Japan next week. ANN posts this week’s manga charts, and they have plenty of other tidbits as well: […]

Just in time for MBQ to come out in Japanese, too!
(actually, I think the Japanese MBQ–”Days of LA” was timed to match up with PeePoChoo’s release, but whatever)
And look! Dramacon’s coming out in Japanese, too.

Thank you for writing about Peepo Choo!
Yes, as you guys said, MBQ will hit the street on the same day as Peepo Choo.
But, actually it’s not “Days in LA” but “Tales in LA.”(^^)
